What is a Drawdown?
Drawdowns are measurements of a startup’s asset devaluation. It is measured from the asset’s peak value to its lowest point over a specific period. It is generally conveyed as a percentage from highest to lowest and applicable to any investment but mainly focuses on the portfolio risk of the asset at hand.
