What is a Joinder Page?
A joinder page is a type of agreement that functions to add a person as a party to a pre-existing agreement. When a new party is brought in under a joinder page, it legally binds them to the terms between parties who have already signed on. Joinder pages are most popular in the finance industry when new stockholders obtain shares and must be made a part of an existing stockholder’s agreement.
