What is a Home Inspection?
We can define a home inspection as an objective and unbiased visual examination of the physical condition, structure, and various systems of a property, from the foundation to the roof. Although it is possible to inspect a home for many reasons, most home inspections usually occur before a property is sold.
The main purpose of a property inspection is to reveal any issues and problems that may become problematic for the homebuyer in either the short or long term.
