I am an attorney licensed in Indiana. I currently work primarily on civil litigation, landlord/tenant matters, and adoption cases. I have over 10 years of labor relations experience, including negotiations, labor contract enforcement, and arbitration experience. I also work with several non-profit groups representing LGBTQ+ groups and indigent clients in housing matters.

With over eleven years of intellectual property experience, I’m happy to work on your contract problem. I am very diligent and enjoy meeting tight deadlines. Steve Reich is licensed to practice in both New York and Massachusetts and is based in Boston. He assists with environmental litigation and other complex litigation and heads the firm's intellectual property practice, including copyright and trademark registration and protection. Other practice areas include commercial contract drafting and civil litigation.

Attorney licensed in New York and Texas, with experience in real estate, corporate and finance transactions, contracts, intellectual property, and privacy matters. Artem provides practical, business-focused legal support to startups and small to mid-sized companies, delivering solutions across corporate, commercial, and general business needs.

Forest is a general practice lawyer. He provides legal advice regarding small business law, contracts, estates and trusts, administrative law, corporate governance and compliance. Forest practiced complex commercial litigation in Florida for eight years, representing clients such as Host Marriott, Kellogg School of Business, and Toyota. Since moving to Nashville in 2005, he has provided legal advice to clients forming new businesses, planning for the future, and seeking funding through the use of equity and/or debt in their businesses. This advice has included the selection of business type, assistance in drafting and editing their business plans and offering material, reviewing proposed term sheets, and conducting due diligence. Forest is a member of the Florida, Tennessee, and Texas Bars; in addition. Forest has held a Series 7, General Securities Representative Exam, Series 24, General Securities Principal, and Series 63, Uniform Securities Agent State Law.

Mr. Allen is a seasoned trial and appellate attorney known for his precision, clarity, and results-driven legal writing. With experience handling everything from personal injury to family and criminal law — including service as an assistant public defender — he brings practical insight to every document he drafts. His passion for legal research and writing drives his work on persuasive, court-ready materials, including demand letters, service agreements, and independent contractor contracts. Mr. Allen understands the real-world impact of legal documents and balances legal strength with practical usability. Based in Alabama and licensed to practice law, he brings both legal insight and real-world judgment to every project he takes on.

I am available to advise on entity formation, contracts, and employment policies. I am also comfortable litigating business disputes including partnership disputes and employment cases. Prior to opening my current practice, I worked for several years in a small civil litigation practice focused on employment matters and civil litigation. I attended law school at the University of Colorado, and I went to the University of British Columbia for my undergraduate education.
