Gregory B.
I love contracts - and especially technology-related contracts written in PLAIN ENGLISH! I've worked extensively with intellectual property contracts, and specifically with IT contracts (SaaS, Master Subscriptions Agreements, Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, License Agreements, etc.), and I have built my own technology solutions that help to quickly and thoroughly draft, review and customize complex contracts.
"Greg was super fast and helpful. He answered all my questions and I appreciated that he was candid with his advice and what was in scope for our agreement."

I bring an high degree of emotional intelligence to every matter, and am also certified as both a coach and as a counselor. My career started at Fenwick & West, one of Silicon Valley's top law firms, where I worked alongside names like Google, Airbnb, Kleiner Perkins, and Sequoia Capital. From there I moved in - house at companies like Cloudflare, Autodesk, and Enphase - which gave me a practical, business-minded perspective that I bring to every client, no matter the size of the matter. Today I work with businesses and individuals alike. On the business side, that means commercial contracts, leases, startup corporate work, and serving as a fractional general counsel for companies that need a trusted legal partner without the overhead. On the personal side, I help individuals with employment matters, disputes, demand letters, contract review, and the kind of everyday legal situations where you just need someone knowledgeable in your corner. I'm direct, responsive, and I speak plain English — not legalese. Whether you're a founder closing your first deal or an individual facing a situation you've never navigated before, I'll give you the same level of attention and care.

Carver F.
I'm the principal attorney at FarrowLaw PC, a California business and commercial law firm based in Long Beach. My practice covers transactional work, employment law, litigation, and day-to-day advisory matters for business clients — essentially, I help companies make clear-eyed decisions about risk, contracts, and strategy without the usual legal hedging. Before law, I trained in computer science and worked in-house at technology companies, which gives me a working fluency in how tech businesses actually operate. A significant portion of my practice involves representing tech and startup clients, where that background lets me engage with technical realities rather than abstract them away. If you're working with a client who needs a practical California business lawyer — particularly one who speaks the language of tech — I'd welcome the introduction.

Lawyer Reviews for Pomona Business Transfer Agreement Projects
Review sale agreement
"I hired Dawn to review a purchase agreement for my business' purchase of another similar business. Dawn was responsive in communication and stayed within budget. We only spoke once on the phone. She gave verbal feedback on my document and recommended a few changes to make things more specific to make the contract stronger. She did not make any formal written revisions to my document. The primary reason for my 3 star rating on quality was that I felt she did not listen well on our consult call and frequently interrupted me or talked over me when I was answering her questions or attempting to explain things. I'm not someone who likes to leave "bad" reviews so I'm sharing my honest opinion here in hopes that it will help her to do better with future clients. Maybe your experience will be differ should you hire her."
Reply From Dawn K.
Thank you so much, Laura, for your honest review. Yes, I definitely could have listened to you better. I reviewed it based at first as to my understanding that the business you are acquiring was going to close, and when that changed, I had to change my assessment, and I definitely should have listened more. I apologize that I interrupted you during our call. I still hope you found our review time together valuable. I do hope that my recommendations and feedback on the specific sections that I feel needed more clarification in your contract are helpful for both you and the seller. Your feedback is invaluable, and I am going to be more mindful to avoid interrupting or talking over clients when they answer questions moving forward.
