As a corporate lawyer, I have dealt with international transactions, complex litigation and arbitration, regulatory compliance, and multijurisdictional tax planning. In March 2021, I started my firm and shifted my professional focus to working with start-ups, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and families. I help my clients structure and run their businesses and take care of their assets, including intellectual property issues and estate planning for their families. I try to bring big law quality and small firm personal attention to every client.

I have a Juris Doctorate degree from Mercer Law School, and I am an active member of the Georgia State Bar Association. I have spent the last eight years reviewing, drafting, editing, and negotiating hundreds of contracts on a monthly basis, working in-house for a Fortune 500 company. I am a results-driven, self-motivated, experienced contracts attorney with exceptional drafting, research and communication abilities.

Attorney Kamaria Womack graduated magna cum laude from Atlanta's John Marshall in May 2018 and became a member of the State Bar of Georgia in November of the same year. Attorney Womack, known as "the Contract Queen" started her own firm that focuses on assisting small businesses and entrepreneurs because she saw the increase of the desire of people to be self-employed but not the legal knowledge to ensure sustainability and success. Over the years Attorney Womack has drafted, reviewed, negotiated, and litigated a variety of contracts ranging from commercial leases, partnership agreements, employment agreements, and services agreements and much more.

To begin his legal career, Ben was a legal fellow with Georgia Lawyers for the Arts. Ben also assisted Michigan State University in protecting its registered intellectual property as lead intellectual property (IP) intern for Michigan State University's Center for Anti-Counterfeiting and Product Protection (A-CAPP Center). During this time, Ben organized and moderated a panel discussion with U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agents for A-CAPP's annual Brand Protection Strategy Summit. Ben was selected to join a team of law student interns in Lovran, Primorje-Gorski Kotar, Croatia, to handle matters involving cybercrime, international copyright, the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation. Before studying law, Ben worked for Core Security and Meridian Link as a software QA engineer. As a member of Million Dollar Minds Entertainment (Est. 2006) Ben produced countless commercial music recordings, engineered hundreds of songs, and served as executive producer seven studio albums. Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He is an alumnus of The South Carolina State University and Michigan State University College of Law.

Luisa Alejos is the founder and owner of L.P.A. Law. My name is Elexius. I’ve been practicing since 2016. I began my career doing defense work for insurance companies. I handled worker’s compensation cases, insurance subrogation claims and a number of related employment issues including wage and hour disputes, resignation, termination and release of claims. I also handled employee contract matters and revised contracts as needed for my clients. In my current role I draft contracts and related agreements, including cease and desist, letters of understanding, and various notices. I also handle contractual interference issues.

Throughout his career, Mr. Mettler gained significant experience negotiating and documenting large-scale international transactions, managing legal and regulatory compliance, and collaborating with legal teams to ensure business activities aligned with contract terms, commercial objectives, relevant laws, and government regulations. This experience exposed him to the intersection of business and law, and he became increasingly interested in the law and its workings. As a result, after spending over 20 years in the technology industry as a successful executive, Mr. Mettler decided to transition into the legal industry to expand his skill set and pursue his passion for law. Robert is a sixth-generation Tennessean and part of a long line of Tennessee attorneys: There has been a Marks attorney in Tennessee since 1856. In 1929, Robert’s great-grandfather established an event venue, Shadowbrook, which Robert has worked at his entire life, including managing for 10 years. He knows what business owners are dealing with—especially venue owners—because he has dealt with it. While Robert loves the hospitality industry, he pursued his passion. In 2016, Robert decided to attend law school and continue managing the business. He thrived. He was a founding member of the Nashville School of Law's Legal Aid Society, received the Tennessee Supreme Court’s Law Student for Justice award, and interned with the Tennessee Supreme Court's Access to Justice Commission. Before co-founding Mercury Legal Group, Robert focused on estate planning in solo practice. In this role, he helped clients protect what they had spent a lifetime building. Now he helps his clients build their businesses by providing tailored legal services.
