In my thirteen years of practice, I've had the opportunity to argue cases in state, federal, and tribal courts; in subjects as diverse as gaming, land tenure, water rights, treaty rights, finance, employment, criminal defense, conflict of laws, and tort (among others). But the real value I brought my clients came through avoiding litigation, fostering relationships, and developing long-term strategies.

I began my career with the U.S. Senate Energy Committee, where I gained insights into regulatory frameworks and the legislative processes. Following that, I honed my skills as a law clerk and prosecutor, providing me with a solid foundation in litigation and public service. My time working at reputable law firms focused on commercial litigation and criminal defense and has equipped me with the tools to navigate complex legal disputes effectively. Additionally, I worked as US Legal Counsel to an international energy corporation which has given me a unique perspective on the legal challenges faced by businesses today. Tiffany received her Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Magna Cum Laude. She is admitted to the Utah State Bar and the New Mexico State Bar. She practices in the areas of real estate, general business, business formation, employment agreements, and civil litigation.

Richard A. Mathurin is as a member of the professional team at Sage Law. Since graduating cum Laude from The University of Notre Dame and UCLA School of Law, Rich has enjoyed an exciting and diversified career in the practice of law. In his early career, he assisted several energy companies all over the world in the development and funding of major wind energy and other green technology projects. Following an assignment by his firm to their Far East offices in Tokyo and Singapore, Rich represented global corporations such as Hitachi, UPS, and Fuji-Xerox in major commercial transactions. More recently, Rich returned to his native San Diego to care for an ill family member and work in the local community. Rich specializes in tax resolution, bankruptcy and small business services helping clients get in compliance with complex tax laws and manage their personal and business finances. When he is not working servicing his valued clients, Rich is an ardent golfer and enjoys rooting for his favorite Boston sports teams.
