Ralph graduated from University of Florida with his JD as well as an LLM in Comparative Law. He has a Master's in Law from Warsaw University , Poland (summa cum laude) and holds a diploma in English and European Law from Cambridge Board of Continuous Education. Ralph concentrates on business entity formation, both for profit and non profit and was trained in legal drafting. In his practice he primarily assists small to medium sized startups and writes tailor made contracts as he runs one of Florida disability non profits at the same time. I am a solo-practitioner with a practice mostly consisting of serving as a fractional general counsel to growth stage companies. With a practical business background, I aim to bring real-world, economically driven solutions to my client's legal problems and pride myself on efficient yet effective work.

I am an experienced small business attorney. I work diligently to ensure that small business owners achieve their objectives while maintaining compliance, satisfying legal duties, and engaging in smart contracting opportunities. I provide everything from organization, to lease/commercial real estate purchase agreement review and negotiation, and even IP filings. I can help to navigate commercial and government contracts, as well as other SaaS-type agreements.

I am a lawyer who helps small businesses, nonprofits, and startups with a wide variety of agreements, corporate formation, and corporate governance. ​ I earned my BA from Tulane University and my JD from the University of Chicago Law School. Before starting my own practice, I worked at an international law firm in New York City. ​ Outside of work, I am on the board of the nonprofit Seattle REconomy (which runs the NE Seattle and Shoreline tool libraries) and I enjoy gardening, baking bread, and outdoor activities with my spouse and two dogs.

Christian Davila received his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University and becoming a member of the State Bar of Texas in 2013. Before law school, he studied at Texas A&M International University (TAMIU), and participated in multiple programs across various fields of study, including the University of Texas Medical Branch-School of Medicine’s “Early Medical School Acceptance Program,” and the Hispanic Association of Colleges & Universities’ “National Internship Program” at the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. Christian’s legal experience includes criminal law (both prosecution and defense), family law, transactional law, business litigation, real estate litigation, and general civil litigation. Christian was previously in-house counsel for a multi-million dollar apartment construction and management company, handling all property acquisition, document drafting, negotiations, and litigation. Christian is a former member of the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), and he has been distinguished by the National Trial Lawyers as one of their TOP 40 Civil Plaintiff attorneys in Texas UNDER 40 years old. He likes weightlifting, reading comicbooks, and being silly with his kids in his spare time.

I opened Hestia Legal when I was 6 months pregnant with the focus on educating and assisting families in my community. While the majority of my practice revolves around Estate Planning, I have a history of experience with contract and general business agreement drafting, discovery drafting, and general litigation document drafting.
