Tim E.
I am a business attorney focused on providing practical, targeted legal services for small businesses, startups, contractors, consultants, and service providers. I help clients efficiently review, draft, and improve everyday business contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, independent contractor agreements, vendor contracts, commercial leases, and purchase documents. My approach is straightforward: identify the terms that matter, explain risks in plain English, and deliver clear, usable edits or drafts without unnecessary complexity. I regularly handle fixed-fee, quick-turnaround projects such as contract reviews, agreement drafting, and demand or termination letters. While I offer streamlined, project-based services for routine matters, I can also assist with broader business legal needs as they arise.
"Excellent experience with Tim on my relatively complex EULA for a suite of network appliance products. Tim was very fair with pricing, responsive, diligent, thorough, technically knowledgeable, took the time to address all my questions and concerns, and finished (with revision) on schedule and budget. Great experience overall and I'll definitely be using Tim for more work in the future with my business. I'll also be using Contract Counsel and recommending it to everyone I know as well! THANK YOU! -Devin"

I represent a diverse mix in a vast array of specialties, including litigation, contracts, compliance, business and financial strategies, and emerging industries. Credit for this foundation of strength goes to those who taught me. Skilled professors and professionals fostered my powerful educational and professional background. Prior to law school, I earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration & Accounting from Peru State College. I received a Master of Business Administration degree from Chadron State College. My ambitions did not stop there. While working full time as a Senior Accountant for the University of Missouri, Columbia, I achieved the lifelong goal of becoming a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Mizzo provided excellent opportunities and amazing experiences. Managing over $50M in government and private research funding was a gift. As a high ranking professional in the Department of Research, I was given priceless insight into the greatest scientific, journalistic, medical, and legal minds in the world. My passion for successful growth did not, and has not stopped. I graduated summa cum laude (top 3%) with a Doctorate in Law, emphasizing in urban, land use and environmental/toxic tort law from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. This success lead to invaluable experiences of serving as Hon. Brian C. Wimes' judicial clerk for the U.S. District Court for the W. D. of Missouri, as a staff editor/writer for UMKC Law Review, and as a litigation and transactional attorney with Lathrop GPM (fka Lathrop & Gage). My professional and personal network is expansive, with established relationships throughout the U.S. and overseas. Although I engage in legal practice all over the country, I maintain law licenses in Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska. Federally, I hold licenses in the W.D. and E.D. of Missouri and the District of Nebraska. To offer extra value, efficiency, and options, I maintain a CPA license and am obtaining a real-estate brokerage license.
"I contacted Parachini Law after I had sent multiple unanswered information requests a third party. Mark not only send out a record request to the address specified, but also sent out additional requests at other possible business addresses to ensure the request was received. As a result, I finally received the information I was looking for. The firm was very professional to work with."

Lawyer Reviews for Omaha Virtual Assistant Contract Projects
Independent Contractor Agreement & Liability Waiver – Senior Home Safety Services for RI, CT, MA
"Disappointed with the quality and transparency of the service. The lawyer was not licensed in Rhode Island despite being matched for RI work with Contractscounsel, he failed to disclose this upfront. WOuld have been curtious to do so. though I should have done some more research myself. Drafts appeared unreviewed, heavily AI-generated, and contained errors that I had to catch myself. Rather than guiding the initial scope properly, the project felt dragged out. Project is still not completed, but I will continue with another lawyer."
Reply From Allen L.
Thank you for sharing this feedback, Cory. I want to correct two points for the record. First, my bid for this engagement disclosed directly and clearly that I am not licensed in Rhode Island, Connecticut, or Massachusetts, and explained why that does not prevent this type of document review and drafting work, that was there from the start, before you hired me. Second, my use of AI-assisted tools is disclosed openly on my profile, and every analysis I provide reflects my own independent review and professional judgment as a licensed attorney, nothing goes out unreviewed. I'm sorry to hear the pace and communication fell short of what you were hoping for, that's not the experience I aim to give any client, and I would have welcomed the chance to address it directly had it come up while the engagement was open. If anything is still outstanding on the file, I'm glad to help close it out. Wishing AgeWellRI a smooth launch.
