Short Term Rental Property Management Agreement Review
"Posted up front my legal document for review. Was given one price and accepted. Then a day or two later got a message saying my document was over 30 pages hence needed to increase price nearly 100%. Not sure why she didn’t review the length of the contract up front to accurately bid on the project? This seems to be the method of operating on this site."
Reply From Faryal A.
As I had stated earlier, your proposal that was posted was for under 10 pages. I placed my bid accordingly. Once you clicked hire, you sent me the document to review. I informed you of the page difference and price adjustment before the deadline. I would have stayed within my budget had you been honest and upfront about the length of work.
