What is an Employment Services Agreement?
An employment services agreement is a legal contract that defines the roles, responsibilties, rights, and obligations of an employee and employer. This agreement remains in effect for as long as the employee remains a part of the company they are hired on to. When changes are necessary, amendments to the employment services agreement can be made, so long as both parties are in agreement about said changes.
The difference between an employment services agreement and an employment contract is simple: an employment contract adopts a more formal outline. However, both are equally recognized as legally binding as long as the terms of the agreement don't violate state or federal laws.

California Employment Agreement Review and Recomendations
"I have no positive words for this experience"
Reply From William B.
This review is clearly an anomaly, among 40+ extremely positive reviews. At a certain point, one has to question whether this reflects more on the person being reviewed, or the person giving the review. I wish we could have had a more mutually-respectful and empathetic experience, however, I still appreciate the business!

"Darryl did an excellent job helping us adapt our employment agreement for Texas. He was responsive, answered our questions thoroughly, and made thoughtful revisions based on our business needs rather than simply making every requested change. He explained the reasoning behind his recommendations, which we appreciated. The final agreement is professional, well organized, and gives us confidence as we expand into Texas. I would gladly work with Darryl again and highly recommend him."
