What is a Site Agreement?
A site agreement is a contract between a site owner and a third party that outlines the terms and conditions of the parties' relationship. The contract states what rules and regulations must be followed regarding the site, what the boundaries of the site and, and what deadlines for site work must be met. It also details any time or financial commitments that either party is required to uphold. The purpose of the site agreement is to provide concise guidance for contract parties regarding their unique obligations to the site project.
It also ensures that both parties are aware of the operations required of them per the terms of the contract.
