"Allen took a genuinely hard problem, consumer health data compliance for a fitness app, spanning Washington and Nevada's new privacy laws, and made it tractable. Every deadline he set, he beat, usually delivering in one day what he'd quoted at two or three. Flat fees throughout, revisions and clarifications at no charge, and he flagged out-of-scope work before doing it rather than billing us after. What sets him apart: he works from the actual statute text, not memory, and he caught real gaps in our implementation wording that we would never have found rereading our own work. He even corrected his own earlier reasoning unprompted so our record would be accurate. Fast, precise, honest about scope, and a pleasure to work with. Five stars, unreservedly."
