What is Indemnity?
Indemnity is a binding agreement between two parties that serves as a form of insurance compensation for property damages or actual property loss. Whenever it is used in legal form, it can also define an exemption from liability for damages. This agreement involves one party agreeing to pay any for damages and or property loss for the other party.
