What is the Truth-In-Lending Act?
Note that the Truth in Lending Act is a US law that offers borrowers a right of recission for select loan types that permits consumers to easily back out of or rescind their decision. The Truth in Lending Act provides protection against predatory loans and credit card offers as well as unfair credit billing.
