What is a Walk-Through?
A walkthrough in real estate is the last milestone before closing, where a homebuyer visually inspects the property in order to make sure what they are purchasing is in substantially the same physical condition as when they first saw it. Buyers also check if there's any new damage.
Note that most real estate contracts now specify the condition that homebuyers expect the property or home to be in.
