"I have really enjoyed working with Elizabeth. I truly appreciate her professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Her work is very thorough, and she has been a pleasure to work with. I had been looking for a good attorney for quite some time after my previous attorney retired, so I am very happy that I was able to connect with Elizabeth through this platform. "Michael's expertise and judgment impressed me. I brought him in for contract advisory work, and he quickly asked the questions I hadn't considered, identified the risks that mattered, and set aside the ones I had wrongly prioritized. He changed how I understood the contract. He is an excellent advisor - highly recommended."

I love contracts - and especially technology-related contracts written in PLAIN ENGLISH! I've worked extensively with intellectual property contracts, and specifically with IT contracts (SaaS, Master Subscriptions Agreements, Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, License Agreements, etc.), and I have built my own technology solutions that help to quickly and thoroughly draft, review and customize complex contracts.

"Matthew was absolutely excellent to work with. He responded to our project request immediately, was always available via text, phone, or email to answer any questions, and handled our demand letter quickly and efficiently. We got a response same-day as a result of Matthew's demand letter, and we had a check in our hands within a few short weeks of hiring him. He even offered to handle a few additional things, like negotiations and document signing, and finalizing the settlement. Would highly recommend Matthew for your legal needs!"

Review & Enhance Speaker Engagement Agreement

4.0

"I'm a demanding client with high attention to detail, and I have reviewed, drafted, and revised hundreds of contracts over my life. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the first revision of the agreement I drafted, which included inconsistent terminology and overlapping clauses. I was further disappointed when I learned that several items that I worked hard to incorporate into the initial version were ripped out, or, in one case, the meaning of a clause was flipped. I was disappointed when I had to be the one to point out loopholes, suggest fixes for these loopholes, and then implement the fixes myself. I was disappointed at having to repeatedly reiterate a revision that I wanted made, because my request was glossed over the first time I made it. Overall, although the project was on budget, and the lawyer was quite responsive, I cannot recommend this experience for anyone who has a high attention to detail and doesn't want to micromanage their lawyer."

User Feedback:
Richard was an incredible hire. Not only was he prompt, but was able to translates parts of the contract that were not in our favor. He was transparent and patient (even waiting an additional week as our client turned around a new redlined contract). An additional review of contracts is part of his service and he made us feel confident that we were able to understand and navigate some difficult governmental legal hoops. Would hire again in a heartbeat.
