"Michael's expertise and judgment impressed me. I brought him in for contract advisory work, and he quickly asked the questions I hadn't considered, identified the risks that mattered, and set aside the ones I had wrongly prioritized. He changed how I understood the contract. He is an excellent advisor - highly recommended."

I love contracts - and especially technology-related contracts written in PLAIN ENGLISH! I've worked extensively with intellectual property contracts, and specifically with IT contracts (SaaS, Master Subscriptions Agreements, Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, License Agreements, etc.), and I have built my own technology solutions that help to quickly and thoroughly draft, review and customize complex contracts.
"Greg is awesome. He went above and beyond to ensure that the work product was of the absolute highest quality, and thought critically about how to approach challenging legal nuances of my contracts. Would recommend Greg over and over."

California Marketing Consulting Services Agreement Review
"Caroline was great to work with. She took the time to carefully review my agreement, was very responsive throughout the process, and made everything easy to understand. I would definitely use her again in the future."
Review & Enhance Speaker Engagement Agreement
"I'm a demanding client with high attention to detail, and I have reviewed, drafted, and revised hundreds of contracts over my life. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the first revision of the agreement I drafted, which included inconsistent terminology and overlapping clauses. I was further disappointed when I learned that several items that I worked hard to incorporate into the initial version were ripped out, or, in one case, the meaning of a clause was flipped. I was disappointed when I had to be the one to point out loopholes, suggest fixes for these loopholes, and then implement the fixes myself. I was disappointed at having to repeatedly reiterate a revision that I wanted made, because my request was glossed over the first time I made it. Overall, although the project was on budget, and the lawyer was quite responsive, I cannot recommend this experience for anyone who has a high attention to detail and doesn't want to micromanage their lawyer."
