Richard A. Mathurin is as a member of the professional team at Sage Law. Since graduating cum Laude from The University of Notre Dame and UCLA School of Law, Rich has enjoyed an exciting and diversified career in the practice of law. In his early career, he assisted several energy companies all over the world in the development and funding of major wind energy and other green technology projects. Following an assignment by his firm to their Far East offices in Tokyo and Singapore, Rich represented global corporations such as Hitachi, UPS, and Fuji-Xerox in major commercial transactions. More recently, Rich returned to his native San Diego to care for an ill family member and work in the local community. Rich specializes in tax resolution, bankruptcy and small business services helping clients get in compliance with complex tax laws and manage their personal and business finances. When he is not working servicing his valued clients, Rich is an ardent golfer and enjoys rooting for his favorite Boston sports teams.

I focus my practice on startups and small to mid-size businesses, because they have unique needs that mid-size and large law firms aren't well-equipped to service. In addition to practicing law, I have started and run other businesses, and have an MBA in marketing from Indiana University. I combine my business experience with my legal expertise, to provide practical advice to my clients. I am licensed in Ohio and California, and I leverage the latest in technology to provide top quality legal services to a nationwide client-base. This enables me to serve my clients in a cost-effective manner that doesn't skimp on personal service.

I have managed three real estate platforms, including a national real estate development firm, a real estate family office with over $1 billion of commercial real estate under management, and serving as the Chief Real Estate Officer for Orange County, CA. I have managed the purchase and sale of over 125 commercial and residential properties, including the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements and the handling of due diligence, financing, and closing matters. I have negotiated over 225 commercial and residential real estate leases. I have managed the ground-up development of over 70 real estate projects. I am also a licensed real estate broker. JAZMIN G. CALDWELL is a Partner and Attorney at Elder Law & Estate Planning Solutions of the Piedmont. She was the previous owner and sole proprietor of The Law Office of J.G. Caldwell, PLLC; which was established in 2013. As a partner at Brown & Caldwell- Elder Law & Estate Planning Solutions of the Piedmont, she focuses on Estate Planning and Estate Administration. She is also well versed in Corporate Law (Business and Non-Profit Formation), Contract Formation, Real Property Law, and Deed Preparation for the residents of the Piedmont area of North Carolina.

Connor was born and raised in Coney Island, Brooklyn. He moved to Florida in 2017 after graduating from Brooklyn College with a Degree in Philosophy and Law. He continued his legal studies a at Nova Law School, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and in the top 10% of his class. While in law school, Connor was an active member of the Nova Trial Team, and he received awards for his litigation and trial advocacy skills. Connor is a skilled litigator and trial attorney. He is known for his public oration skills and conversational courtroom presence. He has both criminal and civil trial experience, and enjoys telling his clients’ stories to the jury to bring about justice. Guided by his deep belief in God, Connor always pursues the most professional and ethical outcome for his clients. He is zealous, scrappy, and tough. He is calm and sensible, yet relentless. When he’s not in the courtroom, Connor is an active member of the community and an experienced musician. He has received numerous achievements for his skills, abilities, and techniques as a harmonica player. He lives in Lake Worth, Florida with his wife, Jen, and their son, Ezekiel.
