In my thirteen years of practice, I've had the opportunity to argue cases in state, federal, and tribal courts; in subjects as diverse as gaming, land tenure, water rights, treaty rights, finance, employment, criminal defense, conflict of laws, and tort (among others). But the real value I brought my clients came through avoiding litigation, fostering relationships, and developing long-term strategies.

Damian is a founding partner of Holon Law Partners. He began his career as an officer in the Marine Corps, managing legal affairs for his command in Okinawa, Japan. In this role, he conducted investigations, assembled juries for courts martial, and advised his commander on criminal justice matters. Damian was twice selected to serve as his unit’s liaison to the Japanese government and self-defense forces. Damian later worked as a transactional attorney in New York, where he handled commercial real estate, finance, and restructuring matters. He has also participated in insider trading investigations at the SEC, worked on compliance at a private equity firm, and managed legal operations and special projects at a vertically integrated cannabis company in New Mexico. Damian draws on these diverse experiences to provide his clients with creative solutions to thorny legal issues – from negotiating commercial leases to managing complex securities offerings. Jonathan Rudolph is an experienced litigator who has been admitted to the state and federal bars of New Jersey since 1991. He is a graduate of Cornell University and Rutgers University School of Law—Newark and the Justice Morris Pashman American Inn of Court. During the nearly four years he served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Division of Law for the State of New Jersey, Mr. Rudolph successfully prosecuted cases under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. Mr. Rudolph practices civil law, primarily litigating matters that include the following: civil; commercial; complex commercial; business disputes; and probate litigation, including will contests. He also offers services for preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance care directives. In the technology sector, Mr. Rudolph can manage and conduct ediscovery review and management. He also has an extensive background in the implementation and use of technology to ensure statutory regulatory, and internal compliance in multiple industries, particularly as such conduct relates to privacy laws in the U.S. and E.U. and for financial services. He has been recognized as a subject matter expert in regulatory compliance, surveillance, and supervision and is one of the three inventors on U.S. Patent US11336604B2, which governs techniques for supervising communications from multiple communication modalities.
