Prior to Weiss & Arons LLP, Benjamin worked at several prestigious law firms, including Quinn Emanuel LLP, WilmerHale LLP, Loeb & Loeb LLP, and Haug Partners LLP. During his decade-plus of legal work experience, Benjamin has litigated several pharmaceutical patent cases involving drugs such as Lialda, Vyvanse, Intuniv, Oxtellar XR, Pomalyst, Revlimid, and Cabometyx.
