I am a business, transactions, contracts attorney. I was the sole in-house attorney for a good-sized staffing company. I can review and create nearly any type of document you need. I enjoy writing, reading, and editing contracts. I want to read your contract. If I cannot do it, I won't take the job and I won't charge you for what I cannot do. However, in reality, unless you need a 225 page financing agreement, is has never been an issue.

From our initial consultation to the final signing, her professionalism, deep knowledge of real estate law, and attention to detail were outstanding. What impressed me most was the clear and consistent communication. She took the time to walk me through all clause of the lease on which we had concerns, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure I fully understood my rights and obligations and also suggested modification which would help me as a Tenant. Her expertise helped negotiate favorable terms and avoid potential pitfalls I wouldn’t have caught on my own. Professional Services Agreement Review
"Great work, friendly and fantastic insight!"
Healthcare agency staffing contract
"Was disappointed with the way Bryan was not as involved in the project as much as we would have liked. As a start up company, we needed someone who was involved and engaged in our project just as much as we did, but he delayed our project by several days, and also put us aside as what felt like a side-project whenever he was free during his regular day job and traveling between weekends. And when it came to reviewing the actual contracts for healthcare industry, it seemed that Bryan did not have an understanding of what we exactly needed. All in all, would not recommend Bryan but rather do your research on who can provide you the best service. If you are in healthcare industry and need help especially with contracts, I would look elsewhere besides Bryan."
Professional Services Agreement
"Zack did a very nice job. He was patient and attentive in understanding the business goals, and he drafted a straightforward agreement to capture them."

Texas counsel: fixed-fee review and redline of five-document professional-services contracting stack
"Ricardo was responsive, thorough, and practical throughout this five-document contracting project. He provided clear redlines and clean form revisions, explained key drafting choices well, and was thoughtful in addressing cross-document consistency. I appreciated his professionalism and would recommend him for commercial contract review and revision work."
