Hi, I'm Randy. I've been practicing law for over 30 years, with extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts for individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses. I spent nearly 15 years running my own law practice in Richmond, Virginia, where I represented small business owners, professionals, entrepreneurs, and clients in the entertainment industry. That experience taught me that a good contract must do more than address legal requirements.
