What is a Month Rental Agreement?
A month rental agreement is a contract between landlord and tenant that allows tenants to reside at a property on a monthly basis. The month rental agreement provides more flexibility for landlords and tenants when compared to traditional rental agreements since they cover a shorter period of time. Where a traditional rental agreement might require tenants to reside at a property for a year or more to avoid early termination consequences, the month rental agreement only obligates tenants to remain at the property for a month at a time.
Usually, month rental agreements require tenants to give 30-day notice of intent to move to a landlord.
