This ensures that both parties remain aware of the circumstances surrounding their relationship for the duration of the lease term.
A residential tenancy agreement must be approved by the real estate agency in the state or territory where the property is located and must include the tenant's name and address. Other information that should be included in a residential tenancy agreement include the property owner's name, when the agreement will start and end, and what can be done to modify, extend, or terminate the agreement.
