What is a Certificate of Eligibility?
A Certificate of Eligibility, or COE, is a document that informs your lender whether or not an individual meets eligibility requirements to receive a loan. It provides the lender with additional information such as fixed assets and titles. Without this certificate, you cannot buy a share of a lease. Usually, lease revenues secure the certificates of eligibility.

- Example 2: Duration and reason of any financial disruption
