What is a Search Fund?
A search fund consists of a group of investors who band capital together with the goal of acquiring a company. Search funds are attractive to investors because once a company is acquired, the members of the search fund initiative take on an active role in running the business they purchased. Search funds primarily focus on acquiring companies that are valued anywhere from $5 to $30 million dollars.

- Example 3. Duration is approximately 19 months
