What is a Series A Round?
A startup’s second round of significant fundraising efforts through securities is called a Series A round. This round typically takes place during the early stages of a company’s creation. Investors participating in investing in a company’s Series A round of funding usually enjoy a better rates on equity in exchange for the higher risk of their investment.
