What is a Patent?
A patent ensures the exclusive rights to the inventory by the government for a specific period of time in exchange for disclosure of the invention to the public. For instance, a patent usually is about improved computer performance or computer application. Software patent comes down to the protection of intellectual property at different stages of software development.
