My experience encompasses a wide range of areas, including intellectual property, data privacy and security, SaaS agreements, and software licenses. I co-founded a reputable general corporate law firm with three offices in Aspen, Atlanta, and New York. As a partner and attorney, I represented diverse clients, including start-ups, public corporations, investors, financial institutions, educational institutions, and non-profit entities. With a focus on delivering comprehensive legal solutions, I provided general counsel, expert dispute resolution, efficient litigation management, and skillful contract drafting and negotiations for businesses across industries.

Tim advises small businesses, entrepreneurs, and start-ups on a wide range of legal matters. He has experience with company formation and restructuring, capital and equity planning, tax planning and tax controversy, contract drafting, and employment law issues. Experienced real estate and business transactions attorney, including purchase and sales across the US, tenant leasing, real estate management, and a wide variety of business contracts. I most recently served as the general counsel for an investment company, where I handled the purchase of over 100 properties across the country, managing the projects from start to finish, including the contract, title review, due diligence, entity creation, leasing, investment offering documents and the closing for each property.
