Holding a Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law, Loi has also studied law at Oxford University and the University of the West Indies. Throughout her career, Loi has a proven track record in meticulously reviewing and drafting contracts across various legal domains. She possesses a robust legal foundation that spans commercial business, tech, entertainment, and real estate law.
