Filing & Paying
Filing and paying business sales and use tax requires you to complete the appropriate tax application and pay any amounts owed.
In Florida, businesses should use the Sales and Use Tax Return (Form DR-15). Ensure you read the instructions carefully before signing, paying, and submitting online or by mail.

Other Business Taxes
Other business taxes apply if you participate in the tax nexus of another state. Each type carries different business tax rates. Tax lawyers will help you navigate compliance.
